4DEYE DTx

The prescription continues at home

Not an exercise app

Exercise should come with a prescription

Like a drug with a set dose, exercise is prescribed within a trial-validated range. That is how we could prove the effect in numbers — the results on this page.

Prescription to rehab

One patient, one unbroken record

  1. Prescribe

Exercise comes straight from the measurement

It picks the right mix for that joint from hundreds of exercises, within the range validated in the confirmatory trial.

  2. Deliver

    Sent to the patient’s phone

The approved prescription goes straight to the patient app. No paper handouts.

  3. Perform

    The camera scores each movement

At home, the phone camera scores posture accuracy. Patients also log pain, medication and more daily.

  4. Track

The patient sees their own data

Patients see weekly progress and therapist comments.

  5. Manage

The dashboard shows who has fallen behind

Adherence, pain and missed sessions at a glance. Low adherence triggers a messenger reminder; an AI summary preps each consultation.
