4DEYE
An assessment in front of 4DEYE installed in a rehabilitation room

Clinics and hospitals

From 5-minute motion analysis to digital therapeutic, on one system

4DEYE Dx, an MFDS Class II medical device, finds joint path deviations and compensation in five minutes. 4DEYE DTx, with its confirmatory trial completed, continues rehabilitation at home. You subscribe instead of buying, and hospitals recovered it within 3 weeks to 3 months.

Dx + DTx

Dx runs the assessment. DTx takes it from there.

One flow, not two products. The assessment pinpoints compensation and joint dysfunction, and targeted exercise is prescribed. Patients continue on the same data after discharge, so the hospital can add rehab management revenue to assessment revenue.

4DEYE Dx — finds the problem

Five minutes in clinic to find where the joint leaves its path, recorded in a report.

4DEYE DTx — carries it on

The clinician prescribes exercise for the problems found. A home camera scores each session, and results return to the clinician’s dashboard.

We put numbers on what you already see

You already assess compensation by eye and hand, and you are usually right. But those findings go undocumented, vary between therapists and are not tracked over time.

  • 01

    One simple movement is enough

A single simple movement, like raising the arm forward, automatically shows where the joint leaves its path.

  • 02

The report is written for you

Results fit on one page and link directly to PACS and insurance claims, cutting paperwork for physiotherapists.

  • 03

You see what was done at home

A home camera scores prescribed exercises, and adherence and pain changes flow into your dashboard.

A 4DEYE joint function report showing compensation detection angles, overall grade, range of motion, left–right asymmetry, and tight and weak muscles
Joint function report — compensation by segment, left and right grades, range of motion, asymmetry, and tight and weak muscles on one screen.

Orthopedics

Before and after procedures, on one yardstick

Surgery and injections reduce pain, but whether the joint moves properly again is a separate question. If compensation remains, the problem returns.

  • 01

    Function and pain, seen separately

A lower VAS does not mean function has returned. Range of motion, alignment, left–right difference and compensation are each measured.

  • 02

The pre-operative state stays on record

A five-minute pre-op assessment sets the baseline for the whole recovery.

  • 03

    No extra consultation time

The physician orders it, the physiotherapist runs it, and you read the report.

4DEYE DTx

Rehab usually ends at discharge

No one knows what exercise was done, and the next visit brings only “a bit better.” 4DEYE DTx fills that gap with data. Unlike exercise apps, its effect was shown in a confirmatory trial.

  • The prescription travels

Pick exercises to match the results, set sets, reps and frequency, and the plan goes to the patient’s phone. No paper handouts.

  • A camera scores the motion

At home, the camera scores posture accuracy and corrects errors on the spot.

  • You see who slipped

Adherence and pain (NRS) trends on one screen. AI flags drop-offs; send a reminder by KakaoTalk or text.

Evidence on our own product

Accuracy first, then effect — proven in order

Five papers show accurate, repeatable measurement against VICON, from single joints to whole-body movement. The sixth shows exercise content built on it corrects posture.

Same motion, VICON vs. 4DEYE: how close are the values?

ICC near 1.00 means values match VICON. ≥ 0.75 is "good"; ≥ 0.90 is "excellent".

  • Reflective markers on every joint

Beyond measurement — effect, too

In a cluster RCT of 36 adolescents (Medicine, IF 1.4), digital exercise content alone improved posture about as much as in-person therapist coaching.

Billing

The billing basis is already in place

4DEYE Dx is an MFDS Class II medical device. Motion analysis (biomechanical testing) is billable under non-covered service code EZ774. GMP and ISO 13485 certified.

Each institution sets and posts its own non-covered fees. We do not set them; we help your staff fit the test set-up and code to your clinical protocol.

Features by use

Clinical motion analysis is different, feature by feature

The wellness edition for sports, schools, industry and senior care involves no medical judgement: it offers posture and posture type data, growth prediction, a personalized exercise app, and injury-risk screening in sports. Joint-by-joint motion analysis, clinical use and claims, and digital therapeutic prescription are clinical edition only.
