FAQ
Common questions before a consultation
Do we have to buy the equipment?
No. It is a subscription with no upfront cost, paid per assessment, and the unit price falls as volume rises. The term is 36 months with a monthly minimum; exact pricing depends on your size and joints assessed.
How much space is needed?
About 2,200 mm wide, 2,200 mm high and 3,000 mm deep, to read movement in 3D. It fits in an existing rehabilitation room.
Who runs it, and how long does it take?
In clinics, a physician orders it and a physical therapist runs it. Joint function takes 5 minutes, posture 3 seconds, and staff training half a day.
Can the assessment be billed?
In Korea, yes: 4DEYE Dx is an MFDS Class II medical device, billable under non-covered code EZ774 for motion analysis (biomechanical assessment). Each institution sets its own fee, and our team helps apply the code.
Can schools, workplaces or sports teams use it?
Yes. Outside medical settings it runs as measurement, not a medical act: a 3-second posture check with a personalized exercise app, plus injury-risk screening in sports.
